Lowry Galleria is the Shopping Centre attached to the famous Lowry Centre in Manchester. Here, the designers chose to use surface mounted cold cathode to highlight the building exterior with a beautifully crisp line of light, which reflects fantastically in the lake at night.

ACDC's Contour Exterior system was specified primarily due to the longevity of lamps in an area that would clearly be difficult to maintain. The Coldstar II control gear was mounted in IP65 housings on the reverse of the façade, within 4 metres of the lamps.
